The search is on for a rockstar Compliance Office / Senior Paraplanner from the Philippines in a 100% WFH role.
Yes this is 1 role with lots of variety! Our Client is a boutique Licensee assisting Australian Financial Planners with their compliance requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
80% Compliance Officer
Tasks:
- Participate in compliance monitoring programs
- Deliver targeted assurance reviews for advisers and their practices
- Report preparation
- Maintain compliance registers, policies and proceedures
20% Paraplanning
Tasks
- Up to 5 SOA or ROAs per month via Xplan modules (Client Focus, IPS, Wealth Solver, Risk Researcher and Xtools+).
- Quality check your work for errors.

Your Experience
You apply for this role you MUST possess ALL of the following attributes:
- You are RG146 Qualified
- You are comfortable communicating verbally, strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
- You have at least 4 years’ experience as a paraplanner using Xplan software
- You have a strong understanding of AFSL obligations and the AFSL environment.
