Job Description

Central Luzon (Remote) ₱70,000 – ₱95,000 per month

This is an exciting role with a very established Australian Financial Planning / Accounting Practice. They are searching for a unicorn – this is a hybrid role of Senior Paraplanner / Senior Administrator.

In this role you will be responsible for the following:

PARAPLANNING

Record of Advice

  • Produce compliant Records of Advice including WS, RR and Modelling

Statement of Advice

  • Review advice request.

  • Demonstrate competency with all Xplan modules (Client Focus, IPS, Wealth Solver, Risk Researcher and Xtools+).

  • Produce compliant Statement of Advice with Xplan Reports.

  • Quality check your work for errors.

ADMINISTRATION

Implementation

  • You are highly experienced in end to end implementation, including super, pension and ordinary investments for clients, companies, SMSFs and trusts

  • You are exceptionally organised with lodgement and follow-up

  • Implementation final check/audit

  • You can report the team’s work in progress to the advice team regularly

Adhoc

  • Review packs

  • Compliance (Opt In, FCF etc)

  • Client queries

Must have skill set

 

  • You are RG146 qualified

  • You are comfortable communicating with your adviser verbally

  • You have strong attention to detail and a positive attitude

  • You have at least 4 years’ experience as a paraplanner and administrator
