Job Description
Cebu City, Cebu (Remote) ₱45,000 – ₱65,000 per month
We are looking for an experienced FP administrator to join an existing client of Collective Resourcing.

The Client
- High-performing Australian Financial Planner. He has 5 office support staff, and is adding a sixth – hopefully you!
The Role
- As an FP Administrator, you will join an experienced team of administrators and paraplanners.
- You will be solely responsible for quality checking data between client => adviser => admin => Xplan.
- You will provide feedback to staff when data is input incorrectly, giving training when necessary.
- There is scope in this role to also assist with overflow for admin and/or paraplanning, depending on your skill set.
You will receive ongoing coaching, guidance and training with the opportunity to learn and develop your skills.

- Xplan software – expert level
- Solid understanding of AU financial planning concepts
- Solid understanding and experience with multi-entity clients (individuals, trusts, companies and SMSF)
- You can see gaps in information, you are resourceful and your attention to detail is exceptional
- You are comfortable communicating with the advice team verbally
- You possess a positive attitude
- You are able to “hit the ground running” with quality assurance
